What's a working way for a level 1, minimum stats, tier 1 pet to fight a Willowisp in the Battle Center? Because no matter what I do, I can't seem to beat it, and the Training Center only raises level for me, which does nothing as it doesn't increase any stats.

the quickest way would be to read your pet 64 different books and buy a Champion spell and put it into your scroll library and create a scrollset with just that one spell in it. It heals 15 hits per round, and Will O Wisp cannot hit you that hard.

The Training Center allows you to raise stats to 2.5 x your level. The second quickest method then would be to autotrain. This may take you a few days.

i dont have any CSC to autotrain, sadly, and how much do Champion spells go for in sP?

you can look in the Shop Search, it's under Commerce, or you can give me the ingredients in a Trade (they'll set you back around 10KsP-ish) and I can make a Scroll for you at the Secluded Shrine.

consider raising your pet intel by playing mystic spindles while you train your pet. it can gives you cheap intel early on and some sp too.

the reason the Training Center only gives you the option to raise level is because your base stats are all defaulted above your base level, which is 1.

The Training Center will only allow you to train your base stats (health, defense, strength, and speed) to 2.5x that level. So you'll need to train level to 3 before you can train the other four :)

So I would suggest train level to 3, then train each other stat as high as you can, then train another level - rinse and repeat. And raise intel with cheap books and such as you go. Willowisp is very easy to beat with pretty low stats, so you should get there in no time!
