Profitability depends on what you're aiming for. If all you want is pure sP, I think objectively the best is Drunk Carl (though he's only available if you have Omen Islands access, I believe, and that's expensive) or Wizard. Wizard has the added bonus of giving the Tokens, as well, and those usually sell pretty well, OR you can keep them in your currencies to vend, buy items from the Token Shop, play Carnival games, use zappers, etc.
Mostly you have to be able to just decide what works best for you. I usually do a large volume of quests per day when available, but for me, Carl is the one that I do not skip, no matter what. In any quest, though, you need to figure out what you would normally get back and spend accordingly.
the thing is if I Want make a lot sbps. if you doing Carl Quest how many is the profit that you get aprox?.
It's sort of a range. Today was a slightly off day - I got asked twice for an item that's WAY out of the reasonable price range, and actually had to quit those quests. Even so, I netted 570k sP in profit. This is pretty close to the normal range, but there have been days I've gotten near to 700k profit if I buy most of the items out of NPC shops for cheap.
Again, though...access to Carl is dependent on completing the map for the Omen Islands. From my understanding, it's not an inexpensive choice.
No, more than 500k profit from Carl. If it were only 200k per day, it wouldn't be worth it AT ALL.
You could try Maleria, too. Since you mentioned you're doing Battle quests, you'll already be getting the item types that she asks for, and her payout isn't bad.
