I tried to use a loyalty box i've been hoarding, for the pet slot of course, but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? I thought we didnt have to have a GA active to use a pet slot totem, or am I misunderstanding? Thanks in advance for any help :)

they shouldn't be hard to use, I think you click on them and go to "use item" then click on what prize you want. something along those lines. if that isn't doing the job, probably make a ticket?

After you selected the pet slot totem from the Loyalty Box, did you activate it from your inventory? The Loyalty Box gives you a physical item, it doesn't just activate the pet slot automatically

Yes, I did that and chose extra pet slot, but the box remains in my inventory. Thanks for the help, Just wanted to clarify before I make a ticket :)

yeah that sounds like a glitch to me. good luck, hopefully they'll be able to fix it for you quickly ^^

A glitch I believe because when I click on the loyalty box, click on pet slot totem, it takes me to my pet page and the box is still in inventory instead of the totem

Yeah then you'll need to file a ticket for that, or check the Problems and Bugs forum :c
