Apparently it's strange that I really like cheese and pickle sandwiches. But the cheese has to be sharp cheddar and the pickles have to be sweet. They're especially good on pumpernickel bread, but sourdough is good too. I guess cheese and pickle sandwiches are a thing in the UK and it's totally 'normal' there? But not if you're in the US. I still think I was born in the wrong country, lol.
So what things do you like to eat that are considered strange? Either strange for where you live (but are normal elsewhere) or strange in general anywhere.
Probably ... avocado chocolate pudding! 1 pureed avocado, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, sweetener to taste, maybe a little vanilla or coconut extract. It's like chocolate pudding and you can't taste the avocado at all! I eat low carb so it hits the sweet spot for me. It's the only way I eat avocados now.
Chicken/turkey bacon dipped in yogurt I guess ...?
I like really plain things, and people think that's weird. Like, without sauces or dressings. Things that barely have a taste and aren't flavorful, like grits, are great.
I also pour the milk into the bowl before the cereal, which is apparently awful and scary for some people. :P
hmm. I like tartar sauce to dip my fries in ? And vanilla ice cream, too.... Hm, broccoli on pizza is good though. I don't think I like anything too far out there. I remember when I was pregnant though I absolutely adored mashed potatoes mixed with cranberry sauce. so there's that ?
collecting I like pizza with pineapple and hot sauce on it. Everyone thinks that's weird but it's the best combo of salty, spicy, and sweet...
I prefer to eat a lot of foods cold. Pasta and pizza are the big ones; I will eat 'em hot, but I'll always intentionally make too much so I'll have cold leftovers for later. I very rarely heat up anything that comes in a can, too. Apparently my grandfather (who passed just before I was born) was the exact same way; a habit he picked up during WWII that stuck when he came home. Funny to think I developed the same habit, despite never having met him.
I'm sure there's more, but that's the one people tend to poke fun at the most. =P
Cold turkey slices wrapped around Lays baked salt and vinegar chips. And they have to be Lays. So weird!
Some would consider this weird: tuna caviar.
Bff's mom got me to try some with sashimi tuna (which right there is one of my favorite things to nom), bean sprouts and rice wine vinegar really recently and they were tasty. They kind of pop and fizzle on your tongue. XD

McDonald's fries dipped in chocolate sundae. I rarely buy it, but it tastes like waffles for some reason, and it's the only way I ever eat potatoes.
Mayo and rice. In fact mayo with ANYTHING!
[tot=Ninja]
i like to eat condensed milk just by itself which is apparently really gross to some people haha
near my period my taste just goes all ??? and i end up dipping carrots in jam i also once got really hungry and tried to eat a cinnamon stick. it didn't end well at all though
I like to put steak sauce on mushrooms ! I also like to dip lettuce in steak sauce. Im all about A1.
Fake Hot wings made with cauliflower. I love them and I get more veggies into my diet.
RICE WITH MAYO IS LIFE.
I prefer cold pizza to hot pizza. I don't really know why .. but it tastes better imo.
Sandwiches with sliced cheese and marmelade? I'm not really the adventurous type when it comes to food...
I like pickles on pizza. My friends and family thought it was strange until they tried it. Now we all eat it. xD
