Wishlist problem

Okay guys, tell me what's going on here.
My mom is making a wishlist for herself of all the Subeautique items so that she can buy them without worrying about if she has any or not, because I told her that that's what I did and that it's worked well for me.
When I made my wishlist, I hovered over the items and clicked the little "+ Wishlist" button.
When she is making her wishlist, she's manually putting the name of all of the items into the Add Item To Wishlist up at the top of her Subeautique wishlist. And while that does put the items on her wishlist, they... aren't actually there. Because none of them have that little blue box around their pictures.
Will that change over time? Is she doing something wrong? If she goes through her wishlist and clicks the "+ Wishlist" on all of the Subeautique items, will that fix everything? Or will it magically put those items into her Unsorted section as well?
She's pretty early into this, not quite a hundred items yet, and there are well over a thousand items to go, so I'm trying to figure out what to do NOW before it gets unruly.
you can't have more than 500 items in a category now. that could be it?
I think after a little bit of time, they'll get the borders around them. It's probably a cache issue. I did that last night for one item I needed, and in the morning it had the blue border around it.
lol, well apparently you can, because my Subeautique section currently has 1,369 items on it!
okay, thank you! We were just confused because the way I did it, those items automatically had the border around it, whereas hers doesn't, and she was upset that she went to the shop and nothing had a border on it even though it was on her wishlist. We were just really hoping to escape a meltdown LOL.
they just updated the wishlist system, and grandfathered old categories in, but it can be also be the cache.
they did limit the amount of things you can put in your wishlist, but it might be only restricted on your default wishlist? I'm not too sure, I didn't pay much attention to that change as it didn't affect me.
the items should still be on her wishlist even though they don't have the border yet. can you confirm that they are on her wishlist?
oh really? I made mine.... maybe six or seven months ago, so that might be it.
Ohh maybe, I remember being told that my Unsorted wishlist had too many items on it, lol. And yeah, they're on her wishlist, I can see them and she's sent screenies, so she can see them too. They just don't have that border around them. So so long as those borders will show up, that's all that matters.
yeah, it was definitely only a couple months ago that the change happened. should be in the announcements forum.
awesome, thank you so much! I was really worried that she was using a way to add them that wasn't compatible with the borders, so they'd never show up. Phew! Thanks for the quick response. :D
only reason I knew that is because it happened to me just last night xD no problem :)
If you manually add items to a 500+ wishlist they still get added
ohh, that would explain things! 'Cause yeah, mine had every single Subeautique item on it (I've been chipping away at it), and it came very close to or maybe just past 1500.
