I've been gone for a while and just started replaying again. I lost all my extra layers for my avatar and when I went to buy some I could not find them in the cash shop. Have they been moved or discontinued?

you can buy extra layers directly form the Beta wardrobe now. Just put on one too many items and the page will ask you if you want to but another layer.
