It would be really useful to have a way to sort shop/gallery items by what has been most recently added. For shops if you want to price stuff you can just search for what is priced at 0 sP, but I'm thinking it would be especially helpful for galleries. I have one that's an assortment of different items in different categories, and when I buy a bunch of new items I really don't want to have to scroll through 6+ pages of items to categorize my new items. I would think it would be as easy as just adding an option at the top of the items page where the other sorting options are.

You can sort items by categories, so if you're just looking to add things to categories, that is an option.

However, I would like to see this personally (I think it's been suggested though, tbh) as I have a shop for doubles, and a gallery for hoarding. I have definitely accidentally added things to the wrong one before and it'd be nice to see the recently added items so I can take them back out in the instance of a mistake

Right, but that's only helpful up to a point. A lot of categories that would be in shops/galleries don't necessarily line up exactly with the predetermined categories into which Subeta puts items. Plus, even if it did, I don't want to have to go through pages even within a category to find the one thing that's not in the right place.

And yeah, it'd definitely be useful for those of us with multiple shops/galleries in order to avoid mistakes.

No I mean you can search the categories you have made. So if you're only looking to add things you just added to a category you created then you can sort your items by things that are not in a category you created.

I would like this. With my gallery I have a number of categories but I also have a lot of items not in a category 'cause I don't like the look of going to my gallery and seeing nothing unless I click on a category. I want to have something on display when someone first goes there and then they can check out other categories.

It also helps when I accidentally quick stock my inventory into a shop I didn't mean to do that with. I only just realized I did that with my "sticker vault" which thankfully isn't that big but still annoying nonetheless.

I normally have no issues supporting new features etc, etc.

But in this case, it depends on how the feature will affect servers, yada yada yada.

Sorting by rarity or category is simpler, because each item has a rarity, a type, and so on, inherent to the item.

However, for this "recently added" option, the site would have to database the times an item is added to the shop or keep a running list on items added in order, for everyone so that it can be categorized when needed.

If the site already has this or it is cake to do, sure, go for it. If not, im hesitant.
