I had this feeling with Mutilated and Perverted. I don't remember exactly how long they were available, but I was like "Huuuh?" when I saw it.

I was so shocked when Sonic went through, I only put it in just in case and then pop, Sonic was adopted. Greninja is very similar. I really need to get working on their profiles.

I recently found and snagged Land, Vacuum, and Sincere. There are several others I've found, but I posted them on the real words thread. It's amazing what you can find just by looking around!

I found a few pets before with real word names worth keeping, and also a few more which I did not have enough slots for before they got adopted.

It's a challenge to find nice original names nowadays without bumping a dormant pet aside.

I know the feeling, I felt so shocked when (many years ago now) I found my pet names Mess, Awkward and Clash But then again I was fresh off neopets and anything even remotely real word is considered hella rare so perhaps my perception was slightly skewed :P
