Are the Hustler exclusive stickers glitched or just really really rare? I've used the Hustler's self-sticking service 60+ times and have not yet gotten a single one.

I think they are just pretty rare. The only time I got one (actually got two) Was when I did about 100 stickers in one go.

They are just very rare. When the service first came out the news comments mentioned sticking over 100 and not getting any. Others got one quicker than that, so very random and very rare.
