I agree, too many good ones to choose from! I would say Charms in terms of actually doing magic and History of Magic in terms of pure theory because I am a history geek and that kind of stuff just fascinates me. (Also, not a rudimentary subject, but I would be very excited to take Ancient Runes as an older student :P)

I am looking forward to History of Magic, Potions, and Herbology.
