Whenever I have bought credits from the cash shop it has only taken seconds for the credits to show up - today I got credits an hour ago and still nothing showing up yet the transaction is recorded as complete on the other end. How long will it take for me to know if I have a problem?

Did you use Paypal? There's an issue going on and you should file a ticket (typically they ask you to file a ticket if it's been over 24 hours, but a UA posted on the news comments to file them right away)

Im having the same problem, I paid about half an hour ago, but no csc yet. thanks for posting this, I hope you get sorted!

I haven't bought any yet (got to decide which bonus item I want more, because I'm not in a spot to buy a lot of CSC this weekend!), but I know last time there was a bonus weekend and CSC purchasing suddenly spiked, it took a few hours for mine to credit to my account. Try to be patient, even though sometimes it sucks not getting that instant gratification :)

Having been a Subeta member for over 9 years I am a very patient person - I checked because I know that sometimes there are issues like today and I have filed my ticket now knowing I have done the needful I can sit back and wait very patiently.
