I'm a bit confused with this rule.

Does it apply to the Custom Overlay you pay? or does it refer to the normal overlays in pet profiles?

Also, Is it allowed to use a different overlay on my pet profile, without using the Custom Overlay option? I've seen many pet profiles with different overlays but not using the Custom Overlay option...

I believe it refers to both. if your overlay is representing your pet as something, the text needs to show what it actually is. you can't just have an overlay of a reborn pet and you code your profile to say it's reborn without it actually being a reborn pet.

Yes I believe that is allowed. Custom overlays will change the image all over on the site, not just on the profile, so that's what makes having a custom overlay pretty fun.

I'm pretty sure that's how the rule is interpreted anyway? I know the pet that won the spotlight on the 22nd is not custom but it has an overlay on the profile.
