So I cannot make my HA wear hair, no matter what I do. I've saved it in the hair salon (twice), saved it in the avatar section of the old wardrobe, and saved it in the beta wardrobe and nothing. I've opened my profile in a new tab and refreshed too, and nothing at all. It's not just a matter of it lagging as it's been five hours. :/ The hair doesn't even show up in the hair previews. In the hair salon it doesn't show what my hair will look like, and in the beta wardrobe it won't let me preview the hair. If it makes any difference the hair I'm trying to use is Delish Gem, and I do have it unlocked. I bought and redeemed it this morning and haven't been able to use it at all. Has anyone else had this glitch? If you have, have you been able to make your HA wear hair?

I didn't put this in human avatars because I'm not really asking about my ha, I'm asking about the wardrobe and it's glitches. Edit: I should have put this in Problems and Bugs, can it be moved?

have you tried clicking "back to normal please" in the Hair Salon?

Also, I'm sorry if this comes across as rude, but I noticed that you're fairly new and creating A LOT of new threads to ask questions; you should know that it is proper etiquette here on Subeta to search the forums for the answer to your question before creating a brand new thread. Chances are that your question has been asked and answered before. Only create a new thread if you absolutely cannot find an answer first. This helps to keep our forums neat and tidy. :)

I've already done that a few times now, doesn't do anything. :/ I do now try to look through to see if anyone has similar issues, but since I've literally tried everything and nothing seems to work I decided I'd make a new thread. And don't worry, that didn't come across as rude. :)

Well shoot, I thought for sure that would do the trick! It worked for a few others who were having trouble. Okay, question, in the beta wardrobe, you should have a base layer and a hair layer. A friend of mine who started recently had their hair layer missing completely; is your hair layer missing in the beta wardrobe too? If not, then we know that's not the problem. Have you tried using the old wardrobe hair salon yet? It's slow to load, but it might do the trick. The only other suggestions I can find are silly ones like hard refresh (shift + F5), relogging, or trying in a different web browser, but I'm not sure those are very helpful... xD

The issue might be with Delish Gem itself. I've been playing with the hair salon and it doesn't work for me either, but other hairstyles do. I'll fiddle with it some more and see if I can come up with a solution.

There is no hair layer in the beta wardrobe for me. I've tried it absolutely everywhere it's possible to try it. Hair doesn't like me lol. :p

That is so weird! The first suggestion I made is what worked in adding a hair layer to the beta wardrobe before, so I'm not sure what is happening now, haha. Are you specifically trying with only Delish Gem? It might be worthwhile to try applying a different hairstyle first. I get the feeling something is buggy about Gem, like its weird that its name doesn't show up in the beta hair salon...

How do you add a hair layer? o: And I've tried a bunch of other styles, but nothing works.

The suggestion I put in a quote box is the one that helped my newbie friend and a few others get the hair layer to appear in the beta wardrobe. I'm not sure why it isn't working for you as well. Are you just hitting "Save" or are you hitting the "Save & Use" button? Just saving won't apply any changes.

I've been hitting save and use :/ I have no idea why it won't work for me. Not cool haha.

EDIT: It seems to be showing the Gem hair on my HA in the old wardrobe, I just tried to save her in the old wardrobe now since it's at least showing the hair. Fingers crossed!

Go check in the beta wardrobe again and see if the hair layer has appeared (It will probably be near the bottom of the list next to the base layer); hopefully it's there now. Fingers crossed!
