Well I have a couple of options.

1. Not mentioned in the episode itself, but in Stagate SG-1 "The First Ones" DVD commentary, the director/writer or someone, mentioned taking inspiration from Enemy Mine.

2. There is an actual Stargate SG-1 episode called "Enemy Mine." I haven't seen it recently, but I doubt they'd mention the movie in the actual dialogue. http://stargate.wikia.com/wiki/Enemy_Mine
