How do you get into the blue building?

I see the list of things you need to do but can someone explain in more detail and tell me what the cheapest way to get all the needed requirements for me? I kind of want a Bumbus and someone told me you can create them if you can get into the blue building?
Obtain a blue building password Obtain at least 250 achievements (79/250) Have at least 25 trading cards in your collection (3/25) Have at least 1 pet with an overall rating of 100 or more Have at least 100 posts in the forums Complete at least one Original Treasure Map
Here's what I got so far, can someone explain in detail?

Obtain a blue building password - It's a random event on the Blue Building page.
Have at least 1 pet with an overall rating of 100 or more - Battle Stats based. If your Pets for example has reached 25 in Strength, Defense, Health and Speed.
Complete at least one Original Treasure Map - Treasure Maps can be put together under Games - Treasure Maps. There are nine different pieces, named Treasure Map Piece , Treasure Map Piece and so on. The Uncharted Land Map, which gives you access to Omen Islans does NOT count for the Blue Building, for that you must complete a basic Treasure Map.
I think the rest of the requirements are self-explanatory.

That's definitely possible. I have a horrible luck with the zapper but even I got a Field Bumbus once - not that I needed one but hey, at least something special for once even though I kept zapping right away. XD
you can always ask someone to create a bumbus for you on the pet forums and have them transfer it to you as long as you have an open pet slot. after tonight everyone who participated in the quest-a-thon will receive one free pet slot, so i could create a bumbus and transfer it to you if you want. if you're interested, feel free to smail me the name and gender you want.
Remember that you have to receive an invitation from the Bumbus Queen (Random Event) first, then you have to complete a Quest for her as well in order to be able to adopt a Bumbus or to turn an existing Pet into one. :)
