Title says it all. I would like to adopt a pet under the 1 mill range. It'll likely be renamed once I figure out a new one unless it already has an interesting name.

Other than id# I'm not picky because everything else can be changed.

Very possible! I'm going to give it some thought first and also check the pound, I got uber lucky once and found my Oculara (who I also renamed) with an id under 15k in the pound!
