My gourmand pet has been at 10 hunger for at least five hours, probably somewhere between five and nine. Is anyone else having this problem? I wasn't sure if I should post it in the bugs forum or file a ticket. (I never feed any of my other pets, so I can't compare.)

Oh thank fucking God someone else posted this. I fed Cibophobia around ... noon at the LATEST, over ten hours ago, and he's only down one hunger. I was hoping to be able to feed him before bed with all of the quest prizes, but doesn't look like that will be happening.
