My friend is trying to make an account, and today she sent me this message.

"so i tried to sign up and every time i try to sign in it takes me to the news site but then when i try to go to any other pages - inventory, etc. - it says i have to be logged in to view those pages. but when i sign in, it just take me to the news page. i didn’t get any kind of email to activate an account or anything. am i missing something?"

Honestly your best bet is to make a ticket and give staff the details. Also is the username your friend is trying to join with free or is it taken? Sometimes (not often) a username will say it can't be used, so the person tries a new one to find out the email is tied to a username already now and in the creation process it just kinda derped. So ask your friend every detail, including usernames they are trying to join with, you can to include it in the ticket so staff can help find your answers.

so this is a long shot but ask her if when she goes to the other pages if it's showing subeta.net or www.subeta.net. It's possible that the links she's using are changing the pages to the www. and that always breaks the site for me! try sending her a link to inventory or something withOUT the www and see if it works for her :)
