What effect does this actually have besides the achievements? I very much doubt that if not enough people donated there'd be no free food, so I'm curious.

Of course my tablet breaks when I want to start making CWs.

cleans up nicely

sometimes during holidays you will get a chance of a special award when you donate food, so I'd save doing this Achievement until you see one of these things going on.

During Fireside, Charity will sometimes give you an item in return if you donate food. They are generally fireside or autumn themed items, some from previous years and some new ones. :)

That's good to know. I might hoard food I get from quests, then, ehehe. Thanks, all of you!
