Are there restrictions on which items the zapper can turn to dust? Like it won't zap higher rarity items..? I usually have a discount card in my inventory along with a lot of items, but even so I move it to my vault before I zap. Not taking the chance haha

If you lock the item in your inventory, it'll be safe. I don't think the zapper cares about unlocked items though, all of them are fair game if they're in your inventory.

Loyalty Boxes, CWs (and maybe regular Cash Shop items) cannot be zapped. But as far as I know, everything else left unlocked is fair game.

yeah, loyalty boxes, cws, and cash shop items in general cannot be zapped - and if they do, you can always file a ticket to have it replaced as this is a mistake and should not happen.

I remember seeing a thing where there was a 10 minute grace-period for CS items being non-zappable and then they were fair game, this was implemented when GAs got the extra five Inventory Locks.

If they are now immune, that's news to me.

They were made immune a while back. However I think it sometimes still happens and people can get it back through a ticket.
