For CSC you can give them [item2=500 Credit Gift Card] (there are also other values for it, like 100)
For sp... there is the sp exchange But that you can only do in 100sp increments.
For CSC you can buy Gift Cards in the Cash Shop that you then can give to another user via Gift Center for example. For sP the best way would possibly be the trades (the other person makes a junk trade and you offer on it) or the user shop (again with a junk item). There are also sP vouchers you can create and then gift but the highest possible amount of sP to turn into one is 10,000sp
