hi! I was taking small commissions on subeta a few years back and would like to open up some more extensive ones (I'd also like to think my art has also improved a fair bit since 2012, haha).

here are my examples (please click them for full size):

I've been doing USD commissions on other sites, and currently I'm charging the following for fully rendered pieces (I do pencil sketches for $1): quad bust: $7.50 quad fullbody: $17.50 humanoid bust: $7.50 humanoid waist-up: $15 humanoid full-body: $20

are these prices fair? how would they translate to sp/csc?

I think the quad fullbody is a bit too expensive. $15 sounds more reasonable here. I think the humans are priced perfectly, but I think the busts for both humanoid and quad should be $5. You also have headshots in your examples, so if you're going to offer them then I'd make them $3. Rounding out the prices here makes things a lot easier.

I would go by $1 = 100 CSC = 5mill sP :)

I also think it would be a fantastic idea to offer discounts to returning customers, something like 25% off of their second order and 35% off every order after that. It's not a lot, but it's something. It's just a little extra that keeps people coming back, and keeps them choosing your shop over others.

Nah $17.50 is fair dude, don't undercharge. I think your prices sound fair for your quality of work, and if business goes well slowly bump them up bit by bit.
