Alrighty I have just a few more questions.

1)Is there an achievements guide? I am very confused as the subetawiki guide and actual achievements list only has a couple hundred but I see people with 1600+ achievements. I googled it and saw a board that had a link for a guide but it was broken.

2)Which board do I ask for art request? I know every artist is different but is there like a going rate for chibis?

3. Is there a guide or list of some sort that list all the possible dailies? There is so much to do on here that I forget to do some of the dailies.

Hover over personal and there is a link in the drop down for achievements. On the side of that page there are a bunch of categories for the achievements. Most of them are pretty straight forward I think.

There is an art request subform in the art forum.

I don't think there is an official link of dailies but I thiiiink I heard they were working on that maybe?

yeah, i don't think the on-site achievement list shows all the achievements. however if you have a certain achievement in mind, you can search a key word (for instance, if you want to find achievements related to feeding your pet you can search 'food'). i'll admit i'm not sure where you can find a full list or guide, but the ones that are listed are generally pretty straightforward to figure out how to get. if there is a specific achievement you want to know how to get, you can always ask on this forum.

as far as art requests, you can make a topic in the Art Market forum (found under the Subeta Commerce header on the forums main page). you should indicate in the topic title that you are looking to buy art, so include words like "seeking" or "buying" (for example, "Buying art of my OC" or "Seeking Chibis"). You can look at various people's art selling boards in that forum to get an idea of what most people ask for chibis. I've seen them go for anywhere from $2-$10, and some people also accept sP/CSC.

here is a list of dailies i found. if you're interested in doing quests, you can also add the Quests widget to your sidebar (Personal > Customize Sidebar), which will add a list of the quests to your sidebar, a link to each quest, and a number indicating how many of each quest you have done.
