You can turn your points into Cash Shop Gift Cards (from the "Items" tab of the Cash Shop) and then sell them in your Shop or in the Trades.

Oh, and another tip: Try checking the prices of the current cards in the Shop Search function. The rates vary regularly, so you might wanna sell your cards at the current rate (you usually check the price of 100 CSC and do your math) or preferably for a bit less if you want to make instant cash... so to speak. If you sell for higher than what the shop search spits out, it'll take you longer. Not super long, but if you're after quick cash, you don't want to let your CSC rot with a higer price, no? From what you said you currently have 1k. The lowest is 49mil right now, so you may wanna adapt to that instead of only relying what you read from other posts. Always keep an eye on the rates, especially if you mainly want to make your sP with CSC reselling.
