Beta Wardrobe: If you put too many items on a certain layer a box on the right of the page should show up that lets you buy additional layers for sP. Not sure if it works though since there are so many bugs in the Beta Wardrobe still. Maybe a "Wardrobe person" can tell you more, I never tried this feature as my avatars are usually real simple.

You can just buy your layers in the beta wardrobe, but you may need to add a ton of items to a single layer to get the notice to pop up. They cost 75k sP this way

as said, you can buy extra layers for sP in the beta Wardrobe. It costs 75,000 for thirty days.

There are glitches - for example when it runs out you often don't get the option to purchase another layer, but when you save your HA you might notice a "missing" item. When that happens you have to pile on a bunch of stuff onto the layer until you do get the option to buy another layer (one time I had to pile on 10 items before it triggered the option). Then once you've bought your extra layer you can remove the extra stuff and everything will be fine. LOL until a month later when it expires again.

You can purchase up to 3 additional layers in each section.
