Can someone tell me how to open a giftbox please?

go here and underneath the box, it should have open under it. if it just says view, you've already opened it :)

When you receive a gift you'll get a notification for it in your events sidebar on the left side of the screen. When it says "Check your gifts to see what you got!" the word "gifts" is a link :)
