you can get to the token shop by clicking here, or by going to the carnival (the tent on the world map) and clicking the link that says "token shop."

The Token Shop is at the Carnival. You get there by hovering over Subeta then going to Explore then if you hover between Riverside and Delphi that's where the Carnival is and then you click on Token Shop. The Token Shop isn't stocked at the moment though, when it is there will be a News Announcement. You can also use your tokens on various games at the carnival and the many vending machines around Subeta. As well as the Oracle Token Shop, which is different from the regular Token Shop. I believe it restocks at Midnight Subeta time.

How often do these token shops stock? Wizard is empty and so is the oracle :o

when the wizard token shop stocks, they announce it in the news. it isn't a random thing, it usually gets stocked maybe once a week with a few different things, then that restocks the same items for the next day or two every few hours.

the Oracle Shop stocks exactly at Subeta midnight and sells out fast.
