Hi All. This is my first post. I'm enjoying Subeta and learn a little more each time I come on site. The artwork here is quite good. Just received a Subeautique Invitation. What is it and what is the best way to use it? Should I save it for when I become a more experienced player? Also, is there a limit to the number of items that can be stored in the Vault? Thanks for answering newbie questions.

Vaults are unlimited space.

Subueatique is a very fancy very expensive shop. It only sells a limited number of high end, expensive (150k+ each) items and you need an invite to even see the inventory of the shop

You obtain them through random events, or buying from other users. You can keep it if you want, to buy an item from there, or you can sell it, if you'd rather have cash on hand.

Once you redeem the subeautique invite from your inventory by clicking on it and selecting to redeem, you'll have access to this area: http://subeta.net/explore/subeautique.php If you go to the world map and choose centropolis you can find it there.

You can choose between clothing or makeup, both cost a lot of sP to buy. (more than 100,000 each). When you make a purchase your invite disappears from your account and you'll need another to access the shop and buy.

If this doesn't interest you, you can put it in your shop to sell to other users, which may be beneficial to a new player in order to make quick large amounts of sP. Like Squid said they're from random events so you'll get more in your time playing.
