Has anyone ever had a successful henna removal?

Take a cotton ball and saturate it with some hydrogen peroxide. Rub the saturated cotton ball over your henna tattoo. Rub until all the henna has disappeared. This process may take some minutes, but the continuous rubbing will ultimately remove the henna tattoo.

I've never had henna before, but this sounds logical.

Mix 1 part dish soap, 1 part lemon juice and 1 part baking soda in a small bowl. Apply the mixture to the henna tattoo using a clean washcloth. Scrub the henna tattoo with the washcloth until all traces of the ink are gone.

Or maybe that will work?

You're talking about the henna in your hair right? Hair! HELP. :)

I would definitely talk to a professional about removal. However, stripping it may damage your hair too much for it to be able to handle a perm, whether it's a regular cold perm or a digital one. I'm not sure there's much else you can do besides cut it out and/or wait for it to grow out. Many stylists who have experience perming hair won't do it if it's already colored. I think your best bet would be to go to the salon where you'd get the perm done and discuss what to do with them.
