I just got back on subeta after a long break and recently found the skins section in the wardrobe. I know that I had the butterfly bruise skin from 2010, but it is grayed out in my skins selection. I can't use it. Is there a way for me to get it back and wear it whenever I want?

If you cured your skin before the skins feature was added (this past February), then no. If you kept your skin up until that point and no longer have it, you could file a ticket and see if they can give it to you. Otherwise you'll need to wait until next Survival
