I honestly did not know this. I had a CS item in my inventory that I forgot to lock, but I didn't know that items you paid with CSC could actually be zapped by the zapper.

Pretty sure all items that aren't locked can be zapped, regardless of their rarity.

I think only CWs are unaffected for obvious reasons. I've not heard of CWs ever being zapped before, and I've left a few out in my inventory whenever I forgot about adding them to my released list.

It is kind of frustrating since they were the that was zapped. :Y

I didn't know about the CWs, but it makes me question it about the cash shop items now. No guarantee you can get it back, but I would file a ticket asking if you could have a new one. I would think you could, since you paid real money and all, but still I'm not sure.

also, hopefully, if this wasn't intended to happen, making a ticket might bring attention to the problem and make it so cs items can't be zapped.

I always empty my inventory of everything (or lock) when ever I zap. I never even considered that some items could be "immune"

I'm pretty sure they aren't supposed to be zapped. I know a user in the shoutbox has had the problem and was able to make a ticket to get the item back.

That was me. Twice. Both with CS snakes. :p

Yea, I was told via the first ticket that CS items aren't supposed to be zapped, and I was given back my item (I made sure I took a screenshot). When it happened the second item, I was kinda annoyed, filed another ticket, also with a screenshot, and asked if programmers know about this. They refunded that item as well.

Definitely make a ticket.

And lol, sucks that happened to you multiple times. I suspected they weren't supposed to be zap-able, but one can never be too sure about the going ons with Sub.
