I think it depends? If it's a holiday-related plot, then it usually goes in the temporary forum that exists for that holiday (like for Morostide or Masquerade). If you wanted to ask a question about something like "how do you get points for this" then it would probably go in Help and Questions, and anything else goes in General Discussion, I believe.
