So how do I get the achievement and the prize? I have had all the birds in my inventory for three days and it Rosemary just keeps sending me after more birds. I go to the achievement page and it acts like I have no birds. Now what? What am I doing wrong?
I know I bought a magpie and the Sacred Lands Quail but, found all the rest. They were all in my inventory. I moved them to do my quests today. I thought for sure I saw some say you could just buy all the birds.
Is it possible you forgot to tell Rosemary you found the last bird?
She's really asked you for all 8 of the specific lands birds? I find that she asks me for birds that don't count / matter towards the achievement like a common grackle. If she's asked you for all 8 specific birds and you've turned them all in then the only thing I can suggest is to file a ticket.
You can only "just buy the birds" when she asks you for that specific bird and you turn that in, not for the achievement she needs to ask you for the 8 different regional birds, and you turn them into her for the achievement.
You probably were not asked for all of the regional birds by Rosemary, most likely.
I got the achievement today, after she asked me for the Darkside Kite
I think the whole event is random. I have been here all the days and have not once been asked for some of the birds listed above. This feels like a bad move on the event planning part since..who knows how many birds were put into the event system and when it will go around full cycle?
15 birds are in the cycle, so you have until Monday (in case you did the daily every day since day 1) to get all of them and then a new cycle will begin..
So can someone loan you a bird you can't get to like the omen islands bird and you tell her you got it then get the achievement and send it back to them?

I'm fairly sure it could be considered the same as borrowing an achievement item and sending it back
You can always file a ticket tocget an official answer though
According to the SL there are only 15 birds to be found. (Page 2 on the news page.) What are the extra 2 you are referring to? The only one I thought I was missing is the Riverside Wren but if 2 more have been added I'm missing 3.
