On your pets page. There's a dropdown menu next to each pet, just go to "Scrolls" and it should say something like "24/56 alchemy points used"

You don't actually bless it, it has a transform option working both ways.

And how do you do that, in inventory? I haven't been very into subeta for the last couple years and I just noticed there was such thing as a 'blessed' Trident of the Banished One. I can't find any information on how to get it though.

Yes, in your inventory. Click on it, click Transform Item and then click the Blessed version of the trident.
