In my over eight years of playing on Subeta and how many times I've looked in the Trash Can, I never could get the achievement... until today, that is.
While going to do my regular quests with Cinthia while also visiting the Tree and the Hustler, I decided to check inside the trash can, and got this:

As well as this: Unlocked Trash Collector! Pick an item out of the Trash Can!
So, FINALLY, I can STOP looking in that darn Trash Can to get that achievement!
