I can't seem to find them in my inventory, but when I use the "Account Search" It says it is in my inventory. Are they located in a place other than "legs?" or is this just a glitch? Thanks in advance!

Do you mean wardrobe, or inventory? And why can't you just go into "All" layers and search for them there? They should come up regardless of layer

Sorry, I meant Wardrobe. I have searched under all, but it's not there. I have to use "All Items on Subeta" for it to come up. It's really not a big deal I can do it that way, just wondering if I was missing something.

If it shows as being in your wardrobe on the account search, it should show up. Are you sure you don't have any extra spaces in the name or something? They are in the Legs layer, if that helps.

I don't think I do, but I'll check again, I could just be blind. Yeah, I know they are there, thanks for telling me though. I could just be missing it. >.<;

it's my experience that some items mysteriously just don't show up in the Beta Wardrobe.

Did you have them in a drawer, maybe? I found that none of the items I'd put into drawers showed up in the Beta wardrobe. They did once I took them out of the drawers.

Yep, that did it. So Moral of the story is: If you can't find an item in beta, try removing it from drawers. Saw them right after clicking on "legs".

You might want to try this too. I had to do it in regular wardrobe since I am not sure how to do it in beta. BTW Nice face fuzz! ;)

- OMG, is that what it is? I had just been moving stuff out of my wardrobe and back into it again as I found items that I was missing. That makes so much sense, seeing as how it was mostly my wigs that went missing, I had a drawer for wigs! Mind blown. I'm going to go get rid of all my drawers now.

I know, right? The only way I figured it out is because I had very zombie-coverup specific items in a drawer and that was all I had in a drawer and could NOT figure out why just those items were missing. Took me DAYS of frustration to figure out what it was, but yeah, the Beta wardrobe can't see what's in the drawers.

Thing is you have to use the old wardrobe to take the items out of drawers first which is annoying. But good luck!

- Do the staff know that it's the drawers that are the problem? Because once I realised that it wasn't a problem for everyone/only certain items, I filed a ticket about it and their response was basically this is a known issue and we are looking into it. That was just back in April, they didn't mention anything about drawers being the issue, it's a pretty quick fix once you know the problem, it would save a lot of grief to just be informed.

Pretty sure they do know. I remember seeing it on another thread somewhere, either in feedback or bugs. At least, I'm fairly certain it's been mentioned more than a few times, so hopefully they are working on it. :)

But that is a total assumption.

Drawers in Beta work on a drag-and-drop basis. You can drag them from the Drawer to another one or drag them back into the items icons box that's below the layers itemnames list.

I've noticed this too, and I've been able to work around it without removing things from drawers by clicking on the drawers to look in each one specifically rather than having "All drawers" selected. Hope this helps you!
