Hi y'all! I'm sorry if this is the dumbest question you have ever read, but I honestly have no idea how to work my laptop and googling it hasn't brought me any luck!
Whenever I used to scroll over an item, a description popped up as well as a view of the item if it is a wearable. I've tried so many ways to try to get this to work, but for some reason I cannot get it to do that again. I thought it was just my browser (Google Chrome) so I switched to Firefox and the same thing happened.
Did that feature like...go away? Or can someone explain to me how to get it back?
It is still there.
With my computer, it doesn't work on certain pages, like the shop search page. But it works fine in the inventory and account search pages, for example. So try it on different pages and see if you can get to work on any of them.
Check your browser options to see if you have popups turned off. Then check your other security options, something may be blocking them. It could also be add-ons/extensions that you have installed with your browser that may be the problem. Try turning them off and see if you can get the pop up. If that works, then try turning them back on one by one to figure out which one is the problem.
Also they can take a long time to actually pop up if you have a slow computer or a slow connection, so make sure you hover over the item long enough, and don't move the mouse at all while doing so.
Hope something here will help!

I hope this makes sense... That was happening to me a few days ago.
Up where it shows the URL in the browser page, at the very beginning, does it have a little icon with an ! inside of a triangle? Occasionally that shows for me, and when it does, I delete the beginning of the URL so it doesn't have the http blah blah blah stuff and ONLY shows subeta.net.
After I delete that and refresh the page, it works normal again. I hope it makes sense. I'm awful at explaining things.
EDIT

delete the https part and it works like normal again
You just need the url to be http:// rather than https://
It makes no difference if it has the http:// or not, but if your browser adds that in automatically, don't worry about it. It shouldn't cause problems.
