I just had my 7 year Subeta Anniversary 2 days ago. So I am at 7 years 2 days on my counter. I did not receive my loyalty box or achievement yet and don't remember it taking this long previous years.

Have you been to your User Dashboard yet? Did you get the achievement, but not the box? If so you'll need to file a ticket because it's broken for some users (but I got mine without an issue last month so I'm not sure why only some people's are broken)

You need to go to your preferences page in order to trigger the achievement and get your Loyalty Box. :D
