I know the rain in areas of subeta on Mondays are linked to that rain bear (cant remember the name). So whats the point?

- You're more likely to get the Tempest random event while browsing the site during one of these storms. The random event gives you one item out of a pool of several Tempest-themed items, including the coveted Storm Potion. :)
Hey sweetie - you mean Tempest! The rain means that she's more likely to visit you for a hug - it means she's near. For 3 hours on a Monday it rains, and that's the best time to get one of her random events.
How hard is it to get one of the storm potions?

- According to SubetaLodge there are 12 items (including the Storm Potion) in the prize pool, and I don't think it's weighted, so that should just be a 1-in-12 chance.
