Like correctly guessed, it was a prize from the PekaBoo CW contest. I think it was available in the fashion yurt, but that shop isn't open since PekaBoo ended.

It was surely available in the fashion yurt during pekaboo. Must be since I have it and did not participate in anything. I think it was in the csc shop.

Yea it was a prize for the CW contest, and then put into the Fashion Yurts shop for 200CSC (like the Wireless Tablet, DiY Patterns, and Glade Spirit)

Of course, LOL, they didn't put the actual collection item (the sticker) in there. c_c

But yea, it was a game prize, then could be bought for CSC, now you kinda gotta buy it for sP.

We chose the sticker as the exclusive prize because sticker collections are a 1-per-account kind of thing, as far as collections go - the participants (who had no idea they&;d get a participant prize) are rewarded justly with an item they can either sell to sticker collectors or keep for themselves - there are quite a good number of these on site for this to be a worthwhile prize, we thought.

Can't remember if you saw the justification for it. Seriously one of the most irritating aspects of recent times.
