Hi! This has been bugging me for ages and I can't seem to figure it out on my own: What exactly is a static scroll profile? What's the difference between that and a continuous scroll?

Is "hover" where the column is condensed, and expands when you hover over it? Can a column be hover and static scroll at the same time, or does it have to be one of the other?

a static scroll is basically a column within the page that scrolls while the page remains in place. A continuous scroll is where the whole page scrolls.

es, hover is where the column or whatever, is hidden until the mouse is moved over it. I think it can both hover and scroll but I am unsure of the code to do that.

You are very welcome. If you have other questions that require more detailed answers you may want to post in the Profiles & Graphics Discussion section of the forums. There are people there who really know what they are doing!

There are different kinds of hover effects. You can have it be condensed and then expand via hover, but probably only with a static profile.

Is there something specifically you are trying to code?

Good tip! Thank you.

I'm asking for clarification for when I commission a profile. I was confused about what I wanted exactly because I didn't know the difference between the terms (and what their limitations are). I didn't want to ask for two features that would conflict with each other.

Usually if it's not possible, the commissioner (idek if that's the proper term ?_?) will usually let you know and try to work with you on something else that will.

Good luck!
