One of the requirements by the Blue Building is to have completed one of the original treasure maps, but I'm not all too sure what this means. Can someone help me by advising what maps there are to complete and which is the cheapest to complete?

There are two maps, the original and the Omen Islands map. You need to complete the original, Omen Islands won't count.
