So I'm at work. And already having a shitty day because it's that lovely time of the month and I have cramps that the damn midol I took didn't take away - it only succeeded in making me even more tired than I was already. Stupid uterus. Stupid lack of sleep.

BUT ANYWAYS.

Because yesterday was Memorial Day, the stylist (who does the residents' hair at the assisted living place I work at) is here today instead of yesterday. However, Tuesday is when another stylist comes to do a certain resident's hair. These two stylists apparently hate each other - a lovely little fact I didn't know before today. I figured, you know, there's more than one station down there, so they'll be fine working side-by-side. Apparently not. The second stylist goes down there and the first one is all 'I rented this space, you can't be here.' So the second one comes back up to my desk and starts bitching about how now she has to do the resident's hair in her room and blah blah blah bitch bitch bitch. Ugh. Not my fault, lady. Not my fault at all that you two have to act like fucking middle school girls. Grow the fuck up. First woman, you're only ONE person. You can't use the FOUR FUCKING STATIONS at once. ESPECIALLY since you only have THREE clients today, you stupid immature bitch. Sure, you rented the space. But couldn't you be a DECENT HUMAN BEING and let the other stylist use one of the stations YOU'RE NOT EVEN GOING TO LOOK AT TODAY?! People are so goddamned immature it makes me sick.

So, stories of immature "adults" at your work/life? I need to hear I'm not the only one who has to deal with this shit, lol.

[edit] Okay, got another one for you. -_- Was it just me, or did we ALL learn how to bloody clean up after ourselves in PRESCHOOL?! Maybe I'm just strange, but I always figured that if I made a mess, it was MY job to clean it up. Especially if the mess was in a common area used by other people, like, for example, the microwave in the break room at work. No one wants someone else's EXPLODED SPAGHETTI stinking up whatever they're cooking. There's a sink and paper towel RIGHT THERE. I assume you know what they're for. So use them. It'll take a whole MINUTE out of your break, I know, but tough shit - you made the mess, fucking clean it. And for the love of all holy, please don't heat up TUNA-RELATED SHIT in the microwave. Some of us find that smell utterly revolting.

Where I work, there's a dry erase board out in the front hall that everyone sees coming and going and today, it got changed. To "Thanks to (my manager) and her hubby for setting up the new computer!"

After I spent hours researching the new system, talking to other computer techs on how to get the system right for the budget I had and I can't get a peep of credit.

Seems adults tend to be more childish than kids, haha, or at least you expect a child to not have the self control to throw a temper-tantrum.

I'm in a pretty bad mood recently, but I've been sick with some head congestion from hell and impending period of my own. Whyyy?

I've seen your posts about that. I'd like to smack your boss. Really hard across her idiot face lol.

It's going to be her loss, lol. I'm happy to let her fall after this and I might have an interview at a place where I'd be working as a dedicated IT person so...

(I'd like to slap her too and if she starts on me about my "lack of professionalism" with the computer, I may just.)
