that it is raining all over Subeta right now? Does this normally happen and I just missed it all my years on here or might we be getting a new event?

Is it more common in general or just common whilst exploring the map/lands? I remember when this was first introduced some people were going on about refreshing somewhere that's raining, was that ever confirmed?

Sorry I went to bed, but I'm glad you got your answer c: I thought it was only in areas where it was raining, i.e. if you're in the Training Center, not just on the Riverside map. But I thought it was raining everywhere last Monday too so it might just end up being more common in general because everywhere is raining :L

some admin did comment on the original news post about it that she asked the programmers. They said it's meant to be all across Subeta and it doesn't matter what you are doing where. Last Monday-week's rain was also all across the map.
