When it comes to gold accounts what exactly dictates a month. Does the 'month' consist of 4 weeks or does it go 'day to day' as in I activate one on January 1st so it expires the moment February 1st happens. What about months like February that are 2/3 days shorter than the rest? Or any other month that's only 30 days long? What if I were to activate a gold account on January 31st but there's no February 31st?

I've been trying to figure this out since about September. When I had my gold account under the 'expires' section of my dashboard it would just give me a countdown. Why doesn't it show the date of expiry instead? It say something along the lines of "X months, X weeks, X days", but again, I don't know what Subeta considers a 'month' to be.

Am I just that dumb?

One month = 30 days = 4 weeks, 2 days

Subeta's time counters don't work by the calendar but they are accurate down to the minute, so what said. GAs work by a 30 day month, no matter when you activate them. (February is only 2 to 3 days-ish shorter than other months so 2/3 sounds wrong-maybe one fifteenth?) Anyways, you are getting full value. Times when Subeta is especially cloggy or down have recently been getting extra GA days, so your cup is full to the brim and then the waitress may come along and give you a little more. (yeah, I just had my coffee :) )

When you are due for a loyalty box it will have been counting by 30-day months, so you won't get your box until the "time you have been a member" that shows in your User Dashboard is listed as being over a year. The actual time of award will truly be within a year of you joining though, exactly.

By 2/3 she meant 2-3 or "2 or 3" not two-thirds.
