I've seen a couple human avatars that I liked and wanted to know the name of certain items they've used. Is there an easy way to get the name of it through their profile or something?

You can always ask them, there's also the Human Avatar Item Identification thread in the Human Avatar section of the forums and an option that people can opt into on their profiles that will show the items they have on. c:
