Anyone suggest some (preferably cheap) rain effect items? the emo raincloud is the only one i can think of but i know there's more!!

Unfortunately, everything that came to my mind is rather expensive (or just totally expensive) or a CW unless you'd be interested in wearing something like the clouds you already have or a + something like or to make the avatar look wet. almost helpful
