I'm looking for an artist to do a piece for my pet Help. This is a pet about mental illness, depression and it discusses some very delicate matters.

The idea for the piece is that the character is sitting/laying in a dark room crying and the shadow behind it is crying out for help writing on the wall. The idea is loosely based off of the Emo plushie series on subeta, as they kinda embody the idea I'm looking for. Honestly, I hadn't thought a head on what specie the character would be so if anyone has any ideas on what might look good and what might not, please feel free to discuss it. (or it can be a person, whichever really)

This piece will/does mean a lot to me, so I'm hoping that the artist interested in doing it can put some sort of passion into it. The character is crying out for help, and I want to feel that desperation when I look at the piece.

Also note this will be used as a basis for a profile, so reasonable size is needed.

Heya ^_^ I can do SP or CSC and the canvas just needs to be big not exactly the image (basically the simple wall takes up more space, character in a position that doesn't look weird when made into a profile) I'm not sure what a basic profile size is I think it's like 1200 x 900? (really not sure).It could be smaller and just use a basic size that is squared off?

I do shaded quad chibis for 1.5k csc, 1.25k csc for flat colored ^^ you can see some of my examples in my dA gallery below or here are 2 of my most recent examples, did you need to have a background or just a drawing of him/her writing 'Help'? I would be most likely be fine with drawing any pets except for bird-like or dragon-like ones xD; Im not sure which pet would be most fitting but I like drawing koras ^^ or if I do a torrey like , I could probably do something with the wings, maybe like they were partially ripped? idk xD

I don't know if this is relevant, but I'm all for a Storm pet.

^ This Storm Popoko especially It seems to be fearful of the storm being so close, but can't run away - the storm is part of the poor creature's tail after all.

Anyway to stay on-topic, I could do a piece for you too if you like! A complex quad with shading like THIS would probably cost about 900 CSC, while a chibi quad like THIS would be around 500 CSC. There's also THIS that I have no idea how to price (weeps).

Anyway I've never tried a profile graphic, but I could always take a shot! Might or not charge more because I never tried. Let me know if you're interested! c:

I really like your art and You have a great style :) Uh, I guess it doesn't /need/ a background as the person making the profile could potentially add a wall into the profile, so it can just be them writing help. I really like 's idea of a Storm Popoko. I think it has a really great feel to it.

I love your idea of a Storm popoko! that really seems like a perfect pet! I do like your style, but I think I might go with another artist depending on how discussions go ❤ I'll get back to you if things don't work out (alternatively I do have other pets that need art if you wanna do something ❤)

so basically its meant to look like the emo plushies so she's on the ground covering herself or staring into nothing and she has the shadow lurking over her silently screaming help. Honestly it doesn't need to be writing if the shadow takes up the torment she can't let out. And shaded is great and no worries I'm patient just keep in touch if you can ^=^

No worries about the questions, the piece means a lot to me so I'm happy that you want to make sure its right :) I figure she can be either a plushie or real but real would likely be better, I think it would say a lot more if a person/creature is struggling vs a plushie ^=^ (reading back I might have misunderstood, the emo thing is only to reflect the style, she doesn't need to be a stuffed animal :)
