So I wasn't going to go because I promised my parents I'd help with the garage sale this weekend as it's our community wide sale and half the profit's mine anyways. But I've been texting with my friend for the past couple of hours (she's there now) and she met this actor, Lance Henriksen, and they got to talking and somehow it got mentioned that she has a friend who's totally into Sea Shepherd (me) and he apparently is really into them too! I mentioned over text how I was thinking about having a booth there next year for Sea Shepherd and HE UP AND OFFERS TO SIGN A STACK OF PHOTOS FOR ME TO SELL TO DONATE THE PROFITS TO SEA SHEPHERD. My friend texts me back in all caps, freaking the fuck out, and then I'm freaking the fuck out. Because who DOES that?? So now I kind of really have to go tomorrow so I can properly thank him in person for doing this. This could raise a lot of money for SS! I am just so excited. I mean, I really wanted to see the whole convention, but this is just...damn. I really need to fucking go there now.

Anyways...anyone from Subeta going? It'd be cool to meet someone from here there. :)
