I know we have a few rain background items but I think we should have a less pricey one that could restock. I'd like to see Bottled Rain Water become a wearable just like some of the other "Bottled" waters. It'd be nice to have a reason to wear the rain ponchos and boots.

This would be really nice. Also a wider array of partly cloudy/sunny rainy items rather than just stormy ones. This was also kinda sorta mentioned here too c:
